1. Refund Policy for Services (Coaching Programs)
- If you cancel 48 hours before your first session, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment (under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
- No refunds after 14 days.
- No refunds for unused sessions.
- No refunds for sessions already delivered.
- Missed sessions without 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Products (E-books, Courses, etc.)
- Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not typically offered once downloaded unless the product is defective.
- If you experience technical issues, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
- Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not typically offered.
3. Physical Products (Supplements, Books, etc.)
- Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (customer covers return shipping).
- Contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund (we cover return costs).
4. Dispute Resolution Process
If you’re unhappy with our services/products:

Mediation - If unresolved, we may suggest mediation via a neutral third party (e.g., UK Mediation Service).
Legal Action - If mediation fails, disputes will be settled under English law in the courts of England and Wales.
