Hi I’m Helen, a proud Ugandan-born, UK-based mother, Former Fashion Designer, Integrative Holistic Health Mentor, Emotional & Spiritual Wellbeing Facilitator, and Digital Birthing Doula. My life’s mission is to contribute to a kinder, healthier world for everyone.

With decades of experience, I’ve helped countless individuals to unlock their best selves by tackling the root causes of their health related challenges, focusing on the deep connection between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. My professional journey has taken me from healthcare roles in hospitals, nursing homes, and private care settings across Manchester, England, to corporate leadership and charity work across the world.

Rooted in the wisdom of my ancestors, I bring a unique blend of psychic intuition and mindfulness to my mentoring style, allowing me to see and nurture the true essence of those I work with. I am also a passionate traveler, public speaker, and ambassador to several charities in Uganda.
