We are a husband and wife team that set up LIEHAF with a common goal to combine our LIEHAF (life) experience, talents, skills and businesses in order to serve the conscious collective for the greater good of humanity.
At LIEHAF, we are dedicated to empowering individuals, groups, and companies to achieve optimal well-being through a comprehensive range of services. From workshops and masterclasses to online courses and health retreats, we offer a holistic and mindful approach to health and wellbeing, with a view to restoring balance to mind, body, and spirit.
Our vision is a world where every individual has the knowledge and resources they need to lead a healthy, balanced life. By promoting integrative holistic health and mindfulness education, on a global scale, we envision a future where preventive care is prioritised, chronic diseases are minimised, and communities thrive in harmony with nature.
In partnership with our global LIEHAF Ambassadors, our mission is to inspire and support our fellow human beings on their journey towards holistic health by providing them with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to thrive. By using the power of Awareness Understanding and Adjustment (AUA), as well as education, community, and self-care, we aim to transform lives, build healthier communities and create lasting change.
LIEHAF is co-created and founded by Helen Nachintu-Granville and Jeff Granville. Helen is an experienced Integrative Holistic Health Educator and Adviser and founder at the Venus Health Academy, an online website offering holistic health consultations, health protocols and other related services. Helen’s journey into holistic health was inspired by her grandparents in Uganda, along with a major health crisis that lead her to do some extensive health research so that she could help others to avoid going through similar situations of ill-health.

Jeff’s passion to help humanity begun with his personal journey into western medicine when his son was diagnosed with late stage leukemia at the tender age of 4 years old. Forced to think fast on his feet in order to save his son’s life, Jeff created a mindfulness practice that helped to reduce the stress and anxiety of the medical procedures that his son had to endure throughout his treatment for leukemia. The same mindfulness practices that he used to save his son’s life are also incorporated into our mindful LIEHAF training programs. Out of his experience with his son Makoy, Jeff founded a non-profit organisation called Mindful Presents. The organisation was originally set up to help pediatric families that were going through similar experiences. Jeff and Helen have decided to merge their businesses under www.liehaf.com
