FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Uganda Health Mission

UK Holistic Health Practitioner Launches Uganda Mission and Global Health Community to Bridge the Gap Between Medicine, Healing, and Hope

London, UK – November 2025

British Integrative Holistic Health practitioner Helen Nachintu is preparing to return to Uganda this December for a three-week mission that unites modern medicine with holistic healing. Her campaign, titled “Returning Home to Heal,” honours the memory of her late grandmother, whose preventable passing in 2017 revealed the urgent healthcare inequities still affecting millions in Uganda today.

“In Uganda, something as basic as seeing a doctor can mean the difference between life and death,” says Helen, founder of LIEHAF - Lessons In Emotional Healing And Freedom. “My grandmother’s passing showed me that health inequality isn’t just a political issue, it’s a human one. It’s about health equity, dignity, access, and compassion.”

A Bridge Between Modern Medicine and Holistic Health

Partnering with Ugandan medical outreach organisations Mobiklinic and Destiny Doctors, Helen will deliver six to eight holistic health talks across orphanages, churches, rural villages, and urban slums. Each session blends nutrition, herbal medicine, parasite cleansing, hygiene, and emotional wellbeing, teaching communities how to use the natural resources around them to restore and sustain health.

“Our aim is to empower vulnerable people through health education,” Helen explains.
“When people understand their own bodies and environment, they become the architects of their own healing.”

Introducing the Venus Health Community: Global Healing in Action

In tandem with her 2025 Uganda Mission, Helen has launched the Venus Health Community, an online global health and wellbeing platform offering access to exclusive holistic resources, wellness journals, guided meditations, and evidence-based health protocols developed through her work with clients worldwide.

As part of her fundraising effort, anyone who pledges £30 or more toward the Uganda Health Mission will receive one month of free access to the Venus Health Community.

“It’s my way of giving back,” Helen says. “This mission is about healing, not only for the people of Uganda, but for everyone who supports this work. The Venus Health Community allows us to extend that ripple of wellbeing across the UK, the US, and around the world.”

Fundraising Goal: £8,150 for Lifesaving Supplies

Helen’s target of £8,150 will cover travel, accommodation, educational materials, and essential medical tools such as blood pressure monitors, gluco-meters, first aid kits, and wound dressings.

“These may sound like small things,” Helen adds, “but in many Ugandan villages, these tools are the difference between life and loss.”

Every donation directly supports outreach teams working in the most neglected regions, as well as the holistic education programs that accompany them.

A Legacy of Love and a Vision for Global Health

Helen’s mission goes beyond charity. it’s a call for a new era of healthcare that embraces both science and soul.

“Health is a birthright, not a privilege,” she says.
“By integrating medical knowledge with Integrative holistic wisdom, we can create communities of healing that stretch across continents.”

Her work in Uganda, and now globally through the Venus Health Community, stands as a living tribute to her grandmother and to all those who have been left behind by conventional systems of care.
